Building Commons for Clinical LLMs - Call for Posters Submission Form

October 1–2, 2026 | Paris, France 

 

This form is intended for submitting a poster to present a poster at the "Building Commons for Clinical LLMs" scientific conference, held on October 1 & 2, 2026, in Paris.

Submission Requirements
To apply, please provide an extended abstract of 3 pages, plus unlimited references. The document, in PDF format, must contain at least: a title, the authors, affiliations, a contact, and a summary of the presented work. Papers must be follow the proposed templates.


Submission Deadline: July 10, 2026.

Selection Criteria
Projects will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on:

  • Thematic alignment with the conference themes (clinical applications of LLMs, clinical benchmark for LLMs, regulatory/ethical/safety frameworks, new technical approach, etc.).
  • Project clarity and insight, clarity of the presentation of your objectives, your approach, and the lessons learned (or expected).

  • LIG (Computer Science Laboratory of Grenoble - CNRS, Grenoble INP, Inria, Université Grenoble Alpes)

The French Health Data Hub (HDH), located at 9 rue Georges Pitard, 75015 Paris, the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Numerical Sciences (LISN), located at Campus universitaire bât. 507 - rue du Belvédère, 91405 Orsay, the Laboratory for Research in Health Informatics (LIMICS), located at 15 rue de l’Ecole de Médecine, 75006 Paris, and the Computer Science Laboratory of Grenoble (LIG) located at 621 avenue centrale, 38400 Saint-Martin-d’Hères, process your personal data, as joint data controllers, for the purposes of event management (in this case, the conference ‘Building Commons for Clinical LLMs’ organised on 1 & 2 October 2026). This processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the HDH, the LISN, the LIMICS and the LIG in promoting their activities and missions.

Regarding your personal data required to register to the event:

The HDH, the LISN, the LIMICS and the LIG collect your last name, first name, e-mail address, current university/employer, job title, country of residence, abstract and poster, as well as the content of any exchanges you may have with their teams in order to complete and manage your registration.

Your personal data will be shared with :  

  • the HDH Scientific and Communication Departments; 
  • the teams from the LISN, the LIMICS and the LIG in charge of organising the conference;
  • the Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) and the National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology (Inria), as members of the scientific committee for the selection process; and
  • the data processor Zoom, used by the HDH to organize this event. 

The posters and their abstracts may also be included in the conference proceedings, unless you object. 

Your personal data will be kept by the joint controllers and their partners for the time necessary to manage the event and up to 3 years after its end. 

The information marked with an asterisk (*) is required to register for the event. Otherwise, your registration will not be processed.

Regarding future communications from the HDH: 

By registering for this event, you also have the option of consenting to the re-use of your e-mail address by the HDH to send you occasional information about future events and related activities that may be of interest to you.
